SINGLE VEHICLE COLLISION LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
LUCAN BIDDULPH - Driver facing impaired charge after single vehicle collision.
On October 26, 2025, at 9:39 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to Coursey Line in Lucan Biddulph the report of a single vehicle collision.
The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment. As a result, a 40-year-old of Lucan, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with: Operation while impaired - Alcohol, Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), Careless driving, Fail to report accident, Fail to remain.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on November 27, 2025.
FATAL COLLISION INVOLVING SCHOOL BUS ON HIGHWAY 401
LONDON - Police are investigating a single-vehicle collision, involving a school bus on Highway 401 in London.
Members of the Middlesex Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with the London Police Service, London-Middlesex Paramedic Services, and the London Fire Department, responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 401 westbound, west of Veterans Memorial Parkway, in the City of London.
At approximately 9:40 a.m., emergency services were called to the scene involving a school bus carrying 42 passengers, including secondary school-aged students. The bus left the roadway, resulting in a single-vehicle collision. Four passengers were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the bus, a 52-year-old male from the Waterloo Region, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
STOLEN VEHICLE FROM ADELAIDE METCALFE
ADELAIDE METCALFE - Vehicle stolen from residence in Kerwood. On November 3, 2025, at 7:44 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a residence on Havelock Street in Adelaide Metcalfe, for the report a stolen vehicle.
It was determined an unknown individual(s) entered the property sometime during the previous evening or overnight hours and proceeded to steal a 2015, grey, Chevrolet Equinox. The investigation is continuing.
THEFT OF ALCOHOL FROM BUSINESS IN MIDDLESEX CENTRE
MIDDLESEX CENTRE - Middlesex OPP investigating a theft of alcohol from a business in Middlesex Centre,
On November 5, 2025, at 7:24 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a business on Glendon Drive in Komoka, Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for a theft complaint.
It was determined two individuals entered the store and proceeded to steal multiple bottles of alcohol with an approximate value of just over $2,000, before fleeing the area in an unknown vehicle. The investigation is continuing.

DISTURBANCE RESULTS IN CHARGES
SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX- Disturbance results in charges. On November 4, 2025, at 4:22 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an address in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex for the report of a disturbance.
Investigation revealed the victim and accused were known to each other. There were no injuries reported.
As a result, a 28-year-old, of no fixed address has been charged under the Criminal Code with: Assault, Mischief Under $ 5,000, Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London to speak to the charges on December 18, 2025.
INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN CHARGE
SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX- Domestic assault investigation in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex results in charge. On November 4, 2025, at 10:59 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in Southwest Middlesex for the report of an after-the-fact, assault.
As a result of the investigation, a 39-year-old of Southwest Middlesex has been charged under the Criminal Code with: Assault - Spousal
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in London to speak to the charges.
NORTH MIDDLESEX - Intimate partner violence investigation in North Middlesex results in charge.
On October 27, 2025, at 12:42 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in North Middlesex, for the report of an after-the-fact disturbance.
As a result, a 31-year-old of North Middlesex has been charged under the Criminal Code with: Mischief - Domestic, The accused was held for bail.
SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
MIDDLESEX CENTRE - Driver charged with impaired after suspicious vehicle stopped in Ilderton.
On November 2, 2025, at 2:41 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), while on general patrol, observed a suspicious vehicle on King Street in Ilderton, Municipality of Middlesex Centre, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.
The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.
As a result, a 19-year-old of Paisley, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act and Liquor Licence Control Act with: Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), Young driver - B.A.C. above zero, Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on December 9, 2025.
TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
STRATHROY-CARADOC - Driver facing impaired charge after traffic stop. On November 2, 2025, at 1:41 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on general patrol on Glendon Drive in the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, observed a suspicious vehicle, at which time a traffic stop was initiated. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.
As a result, a 31-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code with: Operation while impaired - alcohol, Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London on December 1, 2025, to speak to the charges.
TWO-VEHICLE COLLISION SENDS THREE INDIVIDUALS TO HOSPITAL
NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) - A two-vehicle collision sent three individuals to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. On October 16, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London Paramedic Service, and North Middlesex fire, were dispatched to the intersection of Nairn and Centre Roads, North Middlesex for the report of a serious two-vehicle collision between two Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV). Three individuals were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. As a result of the collision, one SUV rolled into a field and the second SUV caught fire within the intersection.The intersection was closed for approximately six hours as police investigated and has since opened.
The investigation is continuing.
