PARKHILL — Music fans are invited to relive the golden age of rock & roll on Saturday, May 23, 2026, when a spectacular tribute concert celebrating Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison comes to the North Middlesex Community Centre—all in support of the Parkhill Optimist Club.
The evening features Jeff Scott’s high-energy tribute to Buddy Holly, bringing to life the unmistakable sound, style, and spirit of one of rock’s earliest pioneers. Audiences will enjoy faithful recreations of timeless hits including “That’ll Be the Day,” “Peggy Sue,” “Oh Boy,” and “Everyday.”
The night continues with Roy LeBlanc’s powerful tribute to Roy Orbison, capturing the soaring vocals and emotional depth of “The Big O.” From “Only the Lonely” and “Crying” to “Oh, Pretty Woman” and “Blue Bayou,” LeBlanc brings Orbison’s iconic catalogue to life with precision and passion.
Backed by live musicians, The Royal Tribute Band, this dynamic concert offers audiences a journey through some of the most beloved songs in rock history.
Produced by A Royal Tribute Productions, the event combines world-class entertainment with a meaningful local cause.
“Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison helped shape the sound of rock & roll in completely different but equally powerful ways,” says producer and performer Roy LeBlanc. “This show is about celebrating their music with authenticity and heart, while also giving back to a community organization that does incredible work. We’re proud to bring this concert to Parkhill in support of the Optimist Club.”
Tickets are only $35 (incl. HST) and proceeds from the concert and concessions support the Parkhill Optimist Club and its ongoing community initiatives.
