STRATHROY - Execulink Telecom has officially expanded its presence in Strathroy with the opening of its new store at 39 Front Street E, Unit D. The event, held on July 24, marked an important achievement for the telecommunications company as it continues to strengthen its ties to the community by bringing advanced fibre services to the area.
The opening ceremony featured a ribbon-cutting event attended by Execulink CEO Ian Stevens, Deputy Mayor of Strathroy-Caradoc, Mike McGuire, and Eric Davies, Execulink Vice President Sales & Marketing. Attendees were treated to cupcakes and a nostalgic tech display celebrating Execulink’s 120-year history.
In his remarks, CEO Ian Stevens emphasized the company’s commitment to the local community. “We are excited to deepen our roots in Strathroy and bring state-of-the-art fibre services to every resident,” Stevens stated. “Our goal is to empower the community with reliable, high-speed connectivity that enhances everyday life and supports the growing demands of the digital age.”
Deputy Mayor Mike McGuire also expressed his enthusiasm for Execulink’s expansion, highlighting the importance of technological advancements for the town. “It’s amazing all the technology we can have,” McGuire said. “Execulink started in 1904 in Burgessville, and here we are all these years later, and now we are getting Fibre Optic. We welcome Execulink and the great work they are doing.”
The new sales centre is part of Execulink’s broader effort to introduce high-speed fibre internet, TV, Phone, and Smart Home Security solutions to Strathroy.
Eric Davies, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Execulink, emphasized the importance of reliable internet in rural communities during the event. “With the way that people work and live their lives nowadays, having fast, reliable internet is tied to every aspect of our life,” Davies noted. He also highlighted Execulink’s commitment to providing personalized customer service, stating, “What we aim to do is deliver the technology that you need from a reliability perspective, but with that small-town culture and vibe where we provide a more personal connection.”
