STOLEN VEHICLE FROM RESIDENCE IN LUCAN
LUCAN BIDDULPH - Middlesex County OPP investigating a stolen vehicle from Lucan. On December 16, 2024, at 7:45 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an address on Watts Drive in Lucan, Township of Lucan Biddulph, for the report of a stolen vehicle. It was determined an unknown individual(s) entered the property, sometime overnight and proceeded to steal a 2022, black, Ford F150 pickup truck. The investigation is continuing.

INDECENT ACT INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN CHARGE
MIDDLESEX CENTRE - Members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit have completed an investigation into the report of an indecent act complaint in Middlesex Centre. On November 25, 2024, members of the Middlesex County OPP were dispatched to a business on Highbury Avenue North in Middlesex Centre, for the report of an after-the-fact indecent act complaint toward a young person. As a result, a 46-year-old of Middlesex Centre, has been charged under the Criminal Code with: Indecent Act - Public Place
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on February 11, 2025.

COLLISION LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
MIDDLESEX CENTRE -Driver facing impaired charge as a result of a collision. On December 22, 2024, at 10:35 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to Amiens Road in Middlesex Centre for the report of a collision involving two vehicles. One involved vehicle fled the area prior to police arrival, however, was located not too far from the scene at which time a traffic stop was initiated. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex County OPP detachment.
As a result, a 34-year-old of Strathroy, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act with: Operation while impaired - drugs, Dangerous operation, Failure to stop after accident, Poss of a Schedule I Substance- Cocaine, Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice February 7, 2025, to speak to the charges.

TWO-VEHICLE COLLISION LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
LUCAN BIDDULPh - Driver facing charges after two-vehicle collision in Lucan. On December 24, 2024, at 7:32 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Middlesex-London Paramedic Service were dispatched to Main Street at Princess Street in Lucan, Lucan Biddulph, for the report of a two-vehicle collision. The driver of one of the involved vehicles was arrested and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment. There were no serious injuries reported.
As a result, a 30-year-old of Lucan, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act and Liquor Licence Control Act with: Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), Novice driver - B.A.C. above zero, Careless driving, Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor. The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on February 13, 2025.

FATAL COLLISION CLOSES WESTBOUND HIGHWAY 402
STRATHROY-CARADOC - The Middlesex Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are on scene of a fatal motor vehicle collision in Strathroy-Caradoc. On Sunday December 29, 2024, at approximately 2:40 a.m., members of the Middlesex OPP along with the Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Department and Middlesex-London Paramedic Services, responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway 402, west of Glendon Drive.
A 20-year-old male form Sania was confirmed deceased at the scene and three other occupants of the vehicle were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Highway 402 was closed westbound between Glendon Drive and Hickory Drive in Strathroy-Caradoc but has since been reopened.

OPP INVESTIGATING BREAK & ENTER IN NORTH MIDDLESEX
NORTH MIDDLESEX - Middlesex County OPP investigating break and enter to residence in North Middlesex. On December 28, 2024, at 8:01 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an address on Nairn Road in North Middlesex, for the report of a break and enter. Investigation revealed an unknown individual(s) forced entry through a rear patio door sometime between 1:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m., and proceeded to steal an undetermined amount of personal property. The investigation is continuing.

STOLEN VEHICLE FROM SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX
SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX - Vehicle stolen from address on Concession Drive in Municipality of Southwest Middlesex.
On December 28, 2024, at 9:28 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an address on Concession Drive in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex, for the report of a stolen vehicle.
It was determined an unknown individual(s) entered the property sometime during the overnight hours and proceeded to steal a 2005, white, Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck from the laneway.The investigation is continuing.
