Have your automotive technician performed a spring check up with your oil change and seasonal tire change?
Winter in Ontario can be very hard on our vehicles, so it is important to have peace of mind while you are travelling around this summer and detect and potential problems early.
During these inspections your mechanic will:

-Switch your tires from winter to summer, rotating front to back, to ensure even wear and tear on the tires.
-Set your tire pressures.

  • inspect tire condition for bulges, cracks, uneven wearing.
    -Check and top up fluids.
    -Perform an oil change.
    -Inspect belts and hoses.
    -Inspect steering and suspension components.
    -Inspect brake components.
-Inspect your battery connections and test your battery.

Make sure you have an emergency kit in your vehicle with some bottled water.
Ask your mechanic about what preventative maintenance your vehicle is coming due for in the manufacturer specifications.
Preventive maintenance such as transmission fluid change, brake services, air filters, etc help ensure you get the most life out of your vehicle and everything running smoothly.
    Regularly wash your vehicle.
Get a dripless oil undercoat to protect your vehicle from rust.
